Intelligent Lighting will take your party lighting to the next level. Two towers of six lighting fixtures each will transform your room into a “club-like” atmosphere. These effects can produce a multitude of different colors, with lights shining 360º around the room at various speeds. I can control each lights color, shape, design, location and movement to keep the dance floor sparkling, while exciting and energizing your crowd.
Dance Floor Wash Lighting matches your decorations hue during the cocktail hour and meal. Once the dancing begins, these LED lights change colors to the beat of the music “washing” the space with color. Raised on poles and focused to shine onto the dance floor area, these eight sound activated lights are neither over powering, or overpriced, but they are a great way to add a little energy into the dance floor.
Name In Lights is a minor touch that can have a major impact. This dramatic effect displays the wedding couple’s name, initials, date and/or logo on the dance floor, ceiling or wall. Make your day shine. Every design is custom created and pre-approved for the event. It can be a great surprise (or even gift) for the wedding couple. Afterwards, this will be a framed keepsake for your child.
Uplighting paints your walls with light. It can elegantly enhance the ambiance and mood of your venue. Imagine the walls of your ballroom splashed with a subtle accent color. These LED uplights produce vivid and bright colors in virtually any shade to match your color palette.
Party Favors are a nice add-on. Your crowd will light up, jam out, nod their heads, cover their eyes and make some noise with an assortment of 20 hot and cool items. Hats, sunglasses, glow-in-the-dark items, inflatables and noisemakers will be passed out to your friends and family throughout the party. Adults love ’em as much as the kids! The Silhouette Screen will profile your friends and family while they perform their most creative dance steps on a 7‘ x 7‘ backlit screen. Dance, wiggle, sway, jump, wave. Imagine an iPod© commercial or the opening sequence of a James Bond© movie. It’s a 96” viewable rear projection screen. Video Projection includes a video projector, DVD player and all audio and video connections.
I’ll put your memories in motion in a custom Wedding Montage. The bride and groom’s individual and couple photographs and videos will be combined in a creative way with custom music. The possibilities are endless…you supply the pictures and I’ll put your memories in motion. It’s a treasured addition to a wedding rehearsal dinner or reception that can be sentimental, funny or a little bit of both.
Additional Sound System is ideal for the cocktail hour in a separate room. It’s customized, segued music played quietly to allow your guests to socialize. This can also be used for the pre-ceremony and ceremony music.

Keep in mind that I will normally invest 12 to 30 hours to prepare for your special event but it may appear that you are only paying for “4-6 party hours.” Consultations, music purchasing, editing songs, creating a customized tentative playlist, preparation, set-up and tear-down, education and other business related endeavors add up to the overall success of your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
